Discover 'Le Peyret Bas', an authentic farmhouse partially restored, located in the beautiful hills around Villefranche-du-Périgord, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. This haven of peace offers an ideal environment to relax in tranquility, enjoy the sun, nature, clean air and local culinary delights. Located in the southeast of the Dordogne, on the border of the departments of Lot and Lot-et-Garonne, 'Le Peyret Bas' is an excellent base for cycling, walking, canoeing, horse riding, visits to flea markets, castles, museums, medieval villages and picturesque towns.

The land of 'Le Peyret Bas' covers 5.5 hectares and offers a gently sloping meadow and forest with majestic beech, oak and chestnut trees, as well as an old farmhouse converted into a charming holiday home for 4 to 5 people.
