Rules
Information:
We inform you that in high season, July and August our rentals are rented from Saturday to Wednesday (4 nights) or from Wednesday to Saturday (3 nights), from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Wednesday. So, you can choose to stay 10 nights, 11 nights, etc……
In low season, minimum stay of 2 nights. The day of arrival and the day of departure is free. Deposit per rental €250 by credit card.
The preferences expressed during the reservations will be satisfied to the extent of our possibilities, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.
Rentals are available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure, before 10:00 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: for the registration of your stay, the reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in low season and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in high season (July and August). All arrivals must be made before 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. maximum, for all participants in the stay. Only people registered at the time of booking will be allowed in the rental. We reserve the right to refuse additional persons or to terminate the contract upon arrival. Children under 1 are counted in the number of people authorized in the rental. The price indicated is for the chosen accommodation, even if it is under-occupied.
Tenants must comply with the internal regulations of the campsite.
All our rentals are equipped with duvet, pillow, crockery, microwave oven, garden furniture. Sheets and household linen are not provided.

Included in the price: water, gas and electricity.
1 animal allowed in the rental (except cat. 1 and 2) €5/night + deposit €100/additional rental, kept on a lead at all times. The up-to-date vaccination record for dogs and cats is compulsory. They must not be left unsupervised, even locked up, as they may be a source of discomfort for the neighborhood (shouts, barking, etc.). Their masters are civilly responsible and must be insured accordingly.
INSURE AGAINST THE UNEXPECTED. If you have to cancel or shorten your stay, we will refund your reservation in full.
EXCEPTIONAL BOOKING CONDITIONS LINKED TO THE PANDEMIC
For all pitch, camping and rental reservations, the deposit will be fully refunded under the following conditions
– up to 15 days before the arrival date for stays in low season
– up to 30 days before the arrival date in high season (July and August) except the amount of the cancellation insurance if subscribed:
Government decisions confirmed by decree on the period of stay requested by the client
– National or regional containment
– Prohibition of travel between the regions concerned (between the customer's place of residence and the destination)
– Administrative closure of our establishment

The cancellation insurance that we offer this year incorporates the new health measures related to COVID
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
