Your host, Elaine
Garden camping in semi rural quiet location in Newmarket. I have a large garden overlooking overgrown fields. There is a woodland area. Sometimes deer visit. Close to Newmarket High Road, with restaurants, pubs & shops. You can walk to Newmarket Train Station, with good transport links. I provide a bbq, fire pit, picnic table, gazebo and use of bathroom and shower when at home.
Rules
No pets, no smoking
Music is allowed at a reasonable volume between 11am - 9pm
BBQ can be used from 12 noon - 9pm must be booked £5 fee
The free covers one shower a day
All food and rubbish must be tacked away with you on check out day.
Kitchen must be cleaned after use
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
