To enter, settle and stay on the site (private property), you must be authorized by the management. Commit to and comply with these regulations and the length of stay agreement concluded. Minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian will not be allowed on the campsite.
VEHICLES
Cars, motorcycles, camper vans must keep pace. No parking should obstruct traffic or occupy spaces other than those designated for them. Vehicles belonging to campers staying there can only enter the camp.
The barrier at the entrance to the campsite is closed from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., parking is available to park your vehicle.
GAMES AND FISHING POND
Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents, under no circumstances can the campsite be held responsible in the event of an accident, those under 5 must be supervised at all times. Access to the fishing pond is closed by a gate and must remain so for the safety of everyone, no child has the right to enter it without the presence of an adult. No violent games can be tolerated on the campsite. The fishing pond is a place of relaxation and pleasure, we practice "NO KILL", all fish caught must be immediately thrown back into the water.
NOISE
Complete silence is required from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Day and night, everyone is urged to avoid any noise and discussion that annoys close neighbors. At night, vehicle traffic must be discreet and in particular the closing of the doors.
SECURITY AND THEFT
Take all precautions to avoid the loss of precious objects (money, jewelry, cameras, watches, etc.)
The camper retains the responsibility of his installation. The Management declines all responsibility for accidents and incidents between users.
FIRE AND PROTECTION
A first aid kit is available at reception. Barbecues, alcohol stoves and open fires are strictly prohibited on the sites. A common barbecue at the playground is at your disposal for added security. Immediately notify Management if you notice any suspicious fires or smoke. In case of fire, fire extinguishers and water hoses are at your immediate disposal. Any unjustified use of the extinguishers will be penalized.
THE HEAD OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
Ensures compliance with these regulations and has the duty to penalize breaches. May apply the provision by which any offense results in the expulsion of its author. For criminal offenses expulsion with recourse to the police.
HYGIENE AND HOLD
Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness and appearance of the land. Good behavior is required. All
violation of good morals by an indecent attitude, will lead to immediate exclusion without prejudice to possible public action. Do not throw any polluted water, neither on the ground, nor in the bushes or rain screens. Cigarette butts are to be put in your ashtrays and not in the park. Household refuse, waste, empty bottles and papers must be placed in the trash cans. Dogs and other animals must always be kept on a leash. Masters should never leave them alone, even locked in a vehicle. The decree of January 22, 1985 requires the presentation of the anti-rabies vaccination record, tattoo, wearing of a collar with the name and address of the owners who are civilly responsible. They must clean up their filth. Categories 1 and 2 will be refused. For furnished rentals, please respect the equipment and infrastructure provided.
Complete the cleaning of the rentals at the end of the stay (hair, dust, etc.). A careful inspection will be carried out on your departure. In the event of a breach, the deposit requested on arrival may be retained. Caravanners must empty their chemical toilets in the “special drains”. The clothes line must be discreet and not encroach on neighboring spaces. Dishwashing is strictly limited to the bins provided for these uses. A washing machine is available, so it is forbidden to use the dishwashers or sinks to clean things. Plantations must be respected, refrain from driving nails into trees or cutting branches. It is also not allowed to delimit the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Caravans remaining on site all year round must be cleaned by May 1st at the latest.
ANY DEGRADATION WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ITS AUTHOR.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
