About this campspace

Large land in a quiet homestay, 5 minutes from Durbuy, the Condroz and its charms are at your feet.
We welcome you to our little haven of greenery and calm. Large land with choice to settle, we will be there to welcome you and accompany you.

Given the size of the land, the pitches are varied and at your choice. Land generally slightly sloping but not disabling for camping. Passable path for vehicles to stay. South-facing land with little shade present.

Bathroom upstairs of the house with bath and shower accessible only when I am present in the house.
Toilet accessible apart 24/24.

Equipped kitchen accessible on the ground floor of the house. All crockery and kitchen accessories available.
Wifi Internet available near the house.
Electricity supplied via extension cord at a maximum of 20m from the house.
Jacuzzi available on site from May to September, flat rate of €15 per day for use (not compulsory, see service)

A world of hikes and discoveries awaits you in the Condroz de Somme-Leuze. 5 minutes from Durbuy and 15 minutes from Marche-en-Famenne, you will have as much the comfort of tourist places and cities as the charm of the countryside.

We have 3 cats and 1 dog as pets. For their peace of mind, we do not accept other animals.

Apart from the rules of respect for the neighborhood by the municipal regulations, no additional rules, just respect for everyone.

Great place, the access road is very small but for our small VW camper it was just alright. To get power you need to stay close to the house. Xavier was very hospitable. There is a basic toilet for guests. The shower and bath are literally in his bedroom, he does not mind you using it, but not everyone would feel at ease maybe. Same for the kitchen, we could use it for our dishes.

A great place altogether. Especially when the small bathroom/toilet for guests is ready.

Xavier was a very nice host. He gave us a warm welcome, explained the facilities, and pointed us to some nice hikes to do in the area. The are was very peaceful.

I am removing one star because the small road along the hedge in the photo was not ideal for parking our VW camper because it is not level. You will have to fiddle a bit with wedges. If you are tenting you can pitch the tent on the field where there are several level spots, so you will not have this problem.

We came with our family, 2 children aged 8 and 10 and our young dog. The host wouldn't be there on our arrival, which wasn't a problem for us as a roommate would be there to receive us. In the communication beforehand, Xavier mentioned that his housemate also has a dog, who is very friendly and likes to play with other dogs. However, on our arrival, after the housemate showed the shower and toilet inside with a pretty nervous Stafford, the dog turned out not to be as friendly as stated. The housemate let go of the dog, he aggressively approached our dog and lashed out at his nose. Our kids were scared and freaked out. The dog was not whistled back, the owner did not see the problem. We decided not to stay. This was a very unpleasant experience.
