Annelies and Rik provided a warm welcome just before sunset.
A clear and efficient tour completed the arrival.
Nice, quiet place to pitch a tent or van.
The available caravans are also an added value.

On Saturday I stayed with my 13-year-old son in 1 of the caravans on the beautiful spacious grounds of Annelies between the fruit trees.
We were most kindly received by Annelies, who gave us a tour of the site and showed us all the facilities. The caravan has electricity and a chemical toilet, water will probably also be connected soon, I understand. For now, Annelies had set up a jerry can with tap water at the caravan. There is an outdoor shower (with cold water) available and also an eco toilet outside.
There are several nice sitting areas on the site and a large trampoline for the kids.
Unfortunately we had a rainy evening otherwise we would certainly have used the fire pit. In the caravan there is room for 4. 2 smaller beds and the seating area can be converted into a bed. We slept well on the small beds (which are actually intended for the children), although the top bed is a bit close to the ceiling for a 13-year-old, but that was our own choice because we did not want to open the seating area. bed to build.
There are 2 more caravans on site which are slightly more basic than the one we stayed in.
Our caravan was equipped with all the necessary cutlery, plates, etc. and there could also be cooking.
The area is beautiful for walking or cycling, a 5 minute drive away is a chip shop and there are 2 supermarkets. Ghent and Bruges are nearby if you want to take a trip to a city.
