Camper pitch on the edge of the Veluwe
About this campspace #s003810
You can enjoy the peace and quiet on our field in complete freedom. You look out over the meadows and with a bit of luck you will see a deer passing by. You can walk straight into Het Leusveld where a beautiful orchid field blooms in the summer. If you have bicycles with you, our place is a great starting point for various junction routes across the Veluwe, or to nice towns such as Zutphen and Bronckhorst.
At 3 km you will find Eerbeek where you can do your shopping and have a bite to eat.

Meet Nanda, your host
Nice lawn, completely surrounded by bushes and thus shielded from the road. A green environment, spacious and very private. Plenty of room for children to play.
Note the narrow entrance to the field.
Nice base for the Veluwe. Within a 10 minute drive you can walk, ride horses, rent canoes and bicycles.

We found it very pleasant and felt very welcome at Martyn and Nanda. Arrival was a thing haha, ditch not seen, wheel of the camper hung above the ditch. But all in all it turned out well!! Plenty of space and rest on the spacious lawn. Wailing cows in the background. Martyn, Nanda, the children, and not to mention their dog Katie, were attentive, friendly, helpful, and welcome you warmly. We had a really good time because the lawn is protected from the road by a high bush. Only downside? The eternally whistling and cheerfully singing birds, waking you up early in the morning with their Pavarotti singing skills.
Looking for a Corona proof vacation spot, we ended up on the field adjacent to the garden of Nanda and her family. Lots of space, kids can play. Swallows in the air, cows at the neighbours’ finish off the outdoor feeling. We slept like babies in our van and enjoyed our personal space. We got to know Nanda as a very friendly hostess and can absolutely recommend this place to discover the beautiful area of De Veluwe.
