Your host
IngridWe have a rather big garden, located in a small village, between the fields and active farms. So far we don't have much experience with tents in our garden, except our own. Bathroom and toilet are inside the house, and of course to share with my family. We have a small dog, a cat, a canary-bird, chicken and my daughter has a pony.
I don't know how many people would be too many, but as we have to share one bathroom, I suppose 4 will be enough. We ourselves are already at least with 4, sometimes 5. We includes my husband Guy, our daughter Orphee and her boyfriend Kristof, and our youngest daughter Dymphi. A few years ago we 'exchanged' Dymphi to the Dominican Republic, and a boy from Turkey came to be our son. In 2017 we had an exchange student from Czech Republic. First half of 2019 we had an exchange student from Thailand, second half of 2019 we had another exchange student from Thailand. Beginning of 2020 we had, only for a short time because of corona, an exchange student from Dominican Republic.

We are a family of 5 and we have a rather big garden, located in a small village Loenhout, between the fields and active farms. So far we don't have much experience with tents in our garden, except our own. Bathroom and toilet are inside the house, and of course to share with my family. We have a small dog, a cat, chicken and my eldest daughter has a horse.
I don't know how many people would be too many, but as we have to share one bathroom, I suppose 4 will be enough. We ourselves are already at least with 4, sometimes with 5. We includes my husband Guy, our daughter Orphee and her boyfriend Kristof, and our youngest daughter Dymphi.
Since end of October 2019 our son Robin moved out, to live together with his girlfriend Kit.
August 2014 we 'exchanged' Dymphi to the Dominican Republic for about a year, and Ege, a boy from Turkey came to be our son.
January 2016 we were lucky to have a Thai exchange student Sai for a month, while her host family was traveling.
December 2016 our family changed again :) a Czech exchange-student Rob from AFS came to be part of our family until July 2017.
Januari 2018, Dymphi leaves for Finland for 4 months with Erasmus project. End of januari another exchange student, Aka from Thailand, is coming to join our family for about 5 months.
Since end of august 2019 another exchange student from Thailand, Pun, was part of our family. Beginning of January he moved to another host family, as we were only his welcoming-family.
Surprise suprise, very unexpectedly mid-february 2020 we became host-family for Nicole from Dominican Republic. Unfortunately because of the corona-crisis she only could stay for about one month...
Luckily end of August 2020 Michela from Italy became our new exchange student, until July 2021. And august 2021 Celina from Argentina became new member of our family until July 2022.

hello Chris,
thank you for your review!
We were happy to have you in our garden. Only I am still sorry for not feeling too well when you arrived... it feels as if we didn't connect as we would love to.
I hope your trip was/is amazing! And that you still have good weather :).
Enjoy the ride.
Friendly greetings,
Ingrid
