About this campspace

We are open from April to November.

Boeren Mini Camping is located in a beautiful, quiet location in Salland with a wide view over meadows with horses and near a small pension stable with retirement home horses.
We have a fire pit for you to use! Here are also various bbq that you can use for free.

We have a shared shelter, below you will find walking and cycling maps, games, local newspaper and brochures and fresh eggs from our own chickens every day! You can also go here for small necessities such as wood, charcoal, washing powder. You can also make coffee and tea here.

We also rent out a chalet, gypsy wagon, bell tent and the stable home (off grid).

The stable home is unique and is separate from the campsite at the back of our site! It can only be reached via a footpath along the horses. It is furnished with 2 beds and mattresses, solar lamps, fire pit with grill and Dutch oven, cutlery and tools, plates, cups, lighters and wood. There is a gas burner for a quick cup of coffee or a soup, also nice in rainy weather! Next to the house is a (dry) toilet and there is a zinc bathtub under which a fire can be lit! Water for the bath can be taken from the pump. (during the winter period there is no water at the house and therefore no bath possible)
Drinking water can be obtained in the sanitary building at the campsite, you can also use our sanitary facilities, but for a real off-grid experience you can save yourself at the cottage! Possibly there is room for an extra tent, the cottage itself is for 2 people.

You can rent bed linen or a towel package from us (2 (bath) towels, 2 washcloths, bottle of shampoo and shower gel)
You can also order a deliciously filled farmer's breakfast basket or freshly baked bread rolls!

Landgoed De Oostermaat is nearby, in the beautiful, quiet and rural Okkenbroek.

There are many walking and cycling paths around our place, where you can enjoy nature, such as the marskramerpad and the pieterpad.

Deventer Koekstad (located on the IJssel) is eight kilometers away from our place with its historic city center, rich in beautiful historic buildings that you can also admire during a city walk. Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park is 6.5 kilometers away, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape.

We stayed 4 nights with a tent at Zuzan's small, cozy campsite. Quietly located with spacious pitches. There are two covered seating options. Very nicely decorated. There is even a small refrigerator for general use. Absolutely great!
We were lucky that we were standing in a reasonably shady spot against the stable. Elsewhere in the field, the trees still have some growing to do. But we had a great time!

If you coming with a tent... easy location to wash your dishes right in the middle of the camp space. If you are bringing your dogs.. bring along lead as the dog there is not so friendly but absolute cute! Just a normal farm dog doing its job to protect the land :D
