Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

Sanitary:
Our sanitary facilities are in the beguinage house and freely accessible to all our campers. We trust that everyone will use our precious water sparingly.
You clean the shower after use.
You don't put anything but toilet paper in the toilets.

Waste:
Leave your camping spot tidy.
We ask that you take your waste with you, only paper is allowed in the yellow container.

Traffic:
Parking is done in the surrounding streets, this is paid. Only use your car at the Beguinage for necessary trips, at 10 km/h. Playing children and pedestrians always have right of way.
You can drive in and out between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Noise:
At the Begijnhof we always keep it quiet and extra between 22:00 and 07:00. Disruptors are not welcome.

Fire:
Open fire is prohibited.
You can use a gas BBQ.

Pets:
Feel free to bring your dog into our garden, but clean up everything that it leaves behind! There is a hedge around the garden, but no wire.

The main gate closes automatically at 10pm and opens at 7am, keep this in mind! This also applies to pedestrians.
