Set at the base of the mountains on a beautiful valley floor, located in wine country in the lower hunter valley, 2 hours from Sydney. Awaken to the natural bush and sounds of lyre birds, King parrots in their natural form. Natures delight. There is a creek to cool your heels and walking tracks around our 100 acres of natural bush land. There is an open function shed with power and common fridge. Toilet facilities, open fire pit, BBQ available. As its a working farm, dogs allowed on a leash. \n\nRules:\n- As we are in a fire sensitive area, no smoking on the property. \n- Dogs must be on lead at all times.\n- Respect of the property by placing garbage in bins.\n- Respect of others by switching off music by 10pm.
