A simple camping/motorhome spot in a large forest 20 minutes from Antwerp and 30 minutes from Breda. Wonderful hiking or mountain biking in the woods or on the Kalmthoutse Heide, 10 minutes by car. Within walking distance you will find the Green Farm, an organic farm where you can buy fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and meat for the bbq, for example.

We, Johan and Shelly, live with our two daughters and dog Snoopy, in the woods of Wuustwezel. We still have a nice piece of forest land with a small house at the back of our own plot which we are refurbishing, but in the meantime we would like to welcome some campers in our forest garden. Ideal for those who love the smell of the forest as much as we do, or for those who just want to spend the night 'wild camping' while traveling through. There is no running water (yet) on site, but we are happy to provide drinking water in bottles or ring the bell if you need anything.

Tips

  • Buy freshly smoked bacon at the organic farm (a 10-minute walk) for your omelette in the morning.

  • Spot deer on the fields next to the forest at sunset.
