Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

1-Permission from the management is required to enter, settle and stay in the campsite.
2-Every person must present their identification documents.
3-Any material will be installed according to the instructions of the management.
4-The silence will be total between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. In the rest of the hours do not disturb.
5-Visits are not allowed.
6-Animals, only in accommodation owned by the guest and under a deposit of €50. Tied up and with their owners always.
7-Children under 10 years old cannot be alone. Do not run.
8-No cleaning tasks will be carried out during the stay, you can request them with an additional charge. Sheets and/or towels will be changed weekly. (as appropriate)
9-In the event that a resident fails to comply with the Internal Regulations, they may be expelled without reinstatement. Ask for the regulation at reception.
