About this micro camping

Private small garden with easy level road access, primarily used for up to 4 motorhomes and up to 6 small tents (or fewer larger tents) during Sidmouth Folk Week, but available all year. Caravan access is OK up to about 15 foot (4.6m) size if you can reverse. Otherwise a motormover may be essential. Motorhome OK up to about 22 foot (6.7 m).

YOU STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK - Camping area available approx 15m by 5.5m in front garden plus hardstanding on driveway. Easy, safe (car free) cycle/foot path all the way into Sidmouth, making the site ideal for adults and/or families who wish to leave their car/motorhome and cycle/walk/bus into town (2 miles). Buses every 30 minutes. Waitrose less than a mile away. LIDL a mile away. Site is beside a road so weekday traffic noise from 7am. Otherwise quiet. Street lighting nearby all night. Security lights to aid walking to rear garden at night.

Dog may be OK if owners are well behaved and dog is exercised away from garden.

13 amp mains electricity available for motorhomes via ELCB (bring your own orange cable). NO OPEN FIRES or BBQs ALLOWED! Disposal point for chemical WCs. Two pubs within easy walking distance with good food. SPAR late night shop/post-office. Public WCs two minutes walk away (closed 10pm to 8am). Bus services for Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis, Exeter, Jurassic Coast.

Toilet and shower available in garage but only during certain hours, please enquire if this may be a problem for you.
