Fire restriction in summer so no camp fires. Discuss this in winter.

Neighbors: YES, we have those in sight as we are all 5 acres so not completely secluded, need to be respectful of surroundings.
Shops - Beach - Train station all 5-7 minutes away by car.
One dog ( Jelly Rose 15 years old)
Day trips - Perth Fremantle by train takes a hour
Dwellingup Bunbury Busselton Pinjarrah day trips possible but need car.
