We are situated on 10 wooded acres. Our home is a pre-Civil War era farm house. Campsites are cleared by the creek, by the driveway and by the pond. There are two fire pits and a cute burbling brook. There is hiking all around us. Roanoke, VA is 30 minutes away and Lynchburg, VA is 45 minutes away. The Peaks of Otter, Poplar Forest, Natural Bridge and Caverns and other popular hiking attractions are all within an hour.

Your host, Roni
We are a couple who raised three sons on this property. We have lived here for over 30 years. We love having guests! We also sometimes have fresh eggs for sale for $5.00 per dozen.
Rules
Please no fires if the weather is windy. Please adequately put out fires. Please only have fires in the designated fire pits. Dogs should be on a leash. We can provide you with drinking water from our house. You will have access to a water hose, but be SURE to turn it off after use. Please do not open the gate to the chain link area next to the house and by the chicken coop.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
